Scope of this policy
This policy distinguishes between two kinds of information:

- SpendTime product and service data: information processed through the SpendTime service, such as call details and information collected from callers on behalf of businesses that use SpendTime. That data is governed by the SpendTime Privacy Policy and by the agreements between More Than Determination LLC and the businesses that use SpendTime, not by the website-specific sections of this policy.
The SMS and mobile information section below applies to text messages sent through SpendTime and to any mobile information we receive.

Information you choose to provide
If you submit the contact form on this website, we receive the information you provide: your name, your email address, your organization (if provided), the topic of your inquiry, and your message. Your submission is sent to us by email so that we can respond, and we use your email address only to respond to you. The contact form does not collect phone numbers and does not sign you up for text messages.
To protect the contact form from spam and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you use the form, Turnstile processes information about your browser, device, and connection (such as your IP address) to help distinguish people from automated traffic. We also limit how often the form can be submitted from the same network address.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site is delivered through a hosting and network provider (currently Cloudflare). When you visit, that provider processes technical information needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request.
How we use information
We use website data to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- operate, maintain, and secure this website;
- evaluate business, partnership, and vendor inquiries; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights.

SMS and mobile information

Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other categories of sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
